Message Well tomorrow is my B-Day and im going to be busy chewing people out. After 3 months and yesterday they came up with a dollor amount that was very rude they have the guts to tell me to fuck off. As you can imagin after dealing with them for this amount of time I have alot of people I can pull advise from. But was wondering if anyone else had a similar event happen and what they did to take action?

This letter pertains only to your deductible under the policy.
We have decided we will not bring an action to recover your deductible. You may decide, however,
that you wish to pursue your deductible. If you so elect, you must do so at your own expense,
including the expense of bringing an action for the recovery of your deductible.
If you have “Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage” and the other driver was “uninsured or
underinsured”, please read Part C of your insurance policy entitled “Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist
Coverage” which states that if you bring suit and get a judgment against an uninsured or
underinsured motorist without first obtaining our written consent to do so, then the judgment will
not be binding on us. Although we have decided not to further pursue your deductible claim and we
recognize your right to bring an action against a third party for the amount of such deductible, please
be advised that this letter does not constitute consent for you to bring a suit within the meaning of
Part C- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage of your policy, which consent must be obtained in
accordance with the policy if we are to be bound by any judgment you may obtain.
We are committed to earning your satisfaction with the claims process. If you have any questions or
concerns, please feel free to contact me at (512) 791-9488.
Sincerely,
Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company
